Publisher Policies
Guidelines for a Safe and High-Quality Network
Our Publisher Policies are designed to ensure a high-quality, safe, and effective advertising ecosystem for all parties publishers, advertisers, and users. All publishers are required to adhere to these policies. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
Publishers may not place Adcaver ads on websites that contain or promote the following content:
- Illegal Content: Any content that is illegal, promotes illegal acts, or infringes on the legal rights of others.
- Adult and Sexually Explicit Content: Content that contains nudity, graphic sexual acts, or is otherwise pornographic in nature.
- Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or disparages on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.
- Dangerous or Derogatory Content: Content that promotes self-harm, violence, or dangerous activities, or content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies any individual or group.
2. Invalid Clicks and Impressions
To protect our advertisers and maintain network integrity, any method of artificially inflating clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. Adcaver employs automated systems to detect and filter invalid traffic.
- Publishers must not click on their own ads or use any means to inflate impressions or clicks artificially, including manual methods.
- The use of automated clicking tools, traffic sources, robots, or other deceptive software (automated bots) is strictly forbidden.
- Publishers must not encourage or incentivize users to click on ads. This includes language like “click the ads,” “support us,” or similar phrases that draw undue attention to the ads.

3. Ad Implementation & Placement Policies
Publishers must adhere to the following guidelines when placing Adcaver ad code on their sites:
- DO: Place ads where they are clearly visible and naturally integrated with your content.
- DON’T: Place ads in a way that encourages accidental clicks, such as too close to navigation links.
- DON’T: Place ads in pop-ups, emails, or software applications.
- DON’T: Alter the ad code provided by Adcaver.

4. Policy Enforcement
If we find that a publisher has violated these policies, we reserve the right to take action, which may include issuing a warning, suspending ad serving, or terminating the publisher’s account, which may result in the forfeiture of accrued earnings.
