Our Advertiser Policies are designed to ensure a safe and positive experience for users, and to help you create successful advertising campaigns. All advertisers are required to comply with these policies. Violations can lead to ad disapproval and potential account suspension.
1. Prohibited Ad Content
Adcaver prohibits the promotion of the following products, services, and content:
- Illegal Products & Services: Ads must not constitute, facilitate, or promote illegal products, services, or activities.
- Counterfeit Goods: We do not allow the promotion of products that use the trademark or logo of another brand to imitate genuine products.
- Dangerous Products or Services: This includes recreational drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, and tobacco products.
- Dishonest Behavior: We do not allow the promotion of products or services that are designed to enable dishonest behavior, such as hacking software or academic cheating services.
- Inappropriate & Offensive Content: Ads that display shocking content, or promote hatred, intolerance, discrimination, or violence are not allowed.
- Malware and Unwanted Software: Ads must not contain malicious software or “malware” that could harm or gain unauthorized access to a computer, device, or network.

Additional Policies for AI-Powered Dynamic Ads
When using our AI-Powered Dynamic Ad format, you are providing a URL for our system to analyze. While our AI automatically generates headlines, descriptions, and keywords based on this URL’s content, you, the advertiser, remain fully responsible for the final ad copy served.
The content on the source URL you provide must comply with all policies listed in Section 1 (Prohibited Ad Content). Since the AI learns from your landing page, any non-compliant content on your site may lead to the generation of non-compliant ads, which will be disapproved.
The initial ad content is generated immediately after a successful payment. We recommend reviewing your campaign on the dashboard to see examples of the generated copy. Please note that to keep your campaign effective, our system automatically generates a fresh set of ad copy every two days based on your provided URL. It is your responsibility to ensure the source URL’s content remains compliant with our policies at all times.
- DO: Use clear, high-resolution images and videos. Your ad copy should be grammatically correct and accurately describe your product or service.
- DON’T: Use blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images and videos.
- DON’T: Use gimmicky text, such as excessive punctuation, random capitalization, or “clickbait” phrases.
- DON’T: Create ads that mimic system notifications, error messages, or site warnings to deceive users into clicking.
DO: Use High-Quality Creatives
DON’T: Use Blurry Images
DON’T: Mimic Notifications
3. Landing Page Experience
The user experience after the click is part of the ad. Your destination URL (landing page) must:
- Be directly relevant to the product or service promoted in your ad.
- Be fully functional, crawlable, and load reasonably quickly.
- Not initiate any automatic downloads or contain malicious software.
- Not feature overly intrusive pop-ups that interfere with navigation.
- Have a clear and accessible privacy policy if you collect user data.
4. Policy Enforcement
If we find that an advertiser has violated these policies, we will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Ad Disapproval: Ads that don’t meet our policies will be disapproved. You can edit the ad to comply and resubmit it for review.
- Account Suspension: For severe or repeated violations, we may suspend your account, preventing you from running any ads on the Platform.
