Our Refund Philosophy

At Adcaver, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent advertising platform. Our goal is to ensure that your advertising budget is spent effectively, reaching real, potential customers. We understand that issues such as invalid traffic or technical errors can occur, and this policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All refunds are issued in the form of Ad Credit to your Adcaver account. We do not provide cash refunds for campaign funds. This credit can be used for any future advertising campaigns on our platform.


Eligibility for an Ad Credit Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the form of Ad Credit under the following circumstances:

1. Invalid Click Activity

We proactively monitor for invalid traffic to protect our advertisers. However, if you believe your campaign has been affected by invalid clicks (e.g., clicks from automated bots, fraudulent publisher activity, or other non-genuine traffic), you can request a review.

  • Our team will conduct a thorough investigation using our traffic quality data and fraud detection systems to analyze click patterns, IP data, and publisher performance metrics.
  • If our investigation confirms a significant level of invalid activity that was not caught by our automated systems, we will issue an Ad Credit to your account for the amount spent on those confirmed invalid clicks.

2. Ad Disapproval After Payment

All new ads are submitted for review after payment. If you pay to fund a new ad campaign and it is subsequently rejected by our review team for violating our Advertiser Policies, the full amount of that payment will be credited back to your main Adcaver account balance. You can then use this credit to fund a revised, compliant campaign or a completely new one.

3. Platform Technical Errors

If you are incorrectly charged due to a verifiable technical error or malfunction of the Adcaver Platform, we will issue an Ad Credit for the amount of the incorrect charge.


What is Not Eligible for a Refund

To maintain a sustainable network, we cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Campaign Performance: We do not offer refunds for ads that underperform. The effectiveness of an ad campaign is influenced by many factors, including ad creative, targeting choices, and landing page quality. We provide the tools for you to reach an audience, but we cannot guarantee specific results like sales or conversions.
  • Unspent Ad Credit: Any remaining funds in a paused, completed, or active campaign are not eligible for a cash refund. This credit remains in your Adcaver account indefinitely and can be used to fund new or existing campaigns.
  • Violations of Terms & Conditions: Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Advertiser Policies or Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund of any remaining Ad Credit.

How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe you are eligible for an Ad Credit refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • The name and/or ID of the campaign(s) in question.
  • The specific date range of the activity you are concerned about.
  • A detailed description of the issue (e.g., why you suspect invalid clicks).

You can submit your request by creating a support ticket in your dashboard or by emailing us directly at: support@adcaver.com.

Our team will acknowledge your request and begin an investigation. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a complete review. We will notify you of our findings and any resulting Ad Credit applied to your account.
