Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions about advertising and publishing with Adcaver.
Getting Started
You can create an account by visiting our registration page, selecting the “Advertiser” account type, and filling out your details. Once registered, you will have immediate access to your dashboard. Create your account here.
The minimum budget for a new campaign is $25. This ensures your campaign has enough funds to gather meaningful performance data. You can see the exact minimum on the campaign creation form in your advertiser dashboard.
Billing & Payments
Adcaver operates on a performance-based model. You are charged based on Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and Cost-Per-Mille (CPM) for viewable impressions. Your pre-paid campaign budget is debited in real-time as these events occur.
When your campaign’s budget is depleted, its status will be set to “Exhausted” and it will automatically stop serving ads. We will notify you via email when your budget is running low so you have time to add more funds and avoid interruptions. You can add funds at any time from your dashboard.
Ad Creation & Targeting
Our animated ad builder is a modern dashboard tool that allows you to create engaging, animated ads without writing any code. You simply choose a template, upload your assets (like logos and images), enter your text, and our system generates a professional animated ad for you.
This is our completely hands-free ad format. You simply provide your website URL, and our AI system takes over. Immediately after your payment is complete, the AI automatically analyzes your site’s content to generate a set of highly relevant keywords, multiple headlines, and several ad descriptions.
The system doesn’t stop there. To keep your campaign fresh and effective, it automatically generates a new set of ad copies every week. This allows your campaign to continuously test different messaging to find what works best, optimizing performance over time without any manual effort on your part.
The HTML Ad template is an advanced option for using custom code or third-party ad tags. To ensure we can track clicks correctly, you must use our click-tracking macro.
Here’s how it works:
1. Destination URL Field: Paste your final landing page URL (e.g., `https://your-product.com`) into the separate “Destination URL” box.
2. HTML Ad Code Box: Inside your HTML code, instead of adding your URL which you already placed above, replace your link’s href with <a href="%%CLICK_URL%%">.
For example:
<a href="%%CLICK_URL%%">
<img src="https://path/to/their/image.jpg" alt="My Awesome Ad">
</a>
Our system will automatically replace `%%CLICK_URL%%` with a special tracking link. Important: Do not hardcode your destination URL in your HTML code. Failing to use the `%%CLICK_URL%%` placeholder for your main click-through link will result in your ad being rejected.
Retargeting allows you to show your ads to users who have previously visited your website. When creating a campaign, you can enable retargeting. We will provide you with a small code snippet (a “pixel”) to place on your website. This pixel helps us identify your site visitors so we can show them your ads again on our publisher network, reminding them of your brand.
Your advertiser dashboard contains a comprehensive Statistics tab with charts and tables. You can monitor key metrics like impressions, clicks, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and total cost. Performance data can be broken down by individual campaign and by country.
Getting Started & Site Approval
You can register on our website by choosing the “Publisher” account type. After registration, you can log in to your publisher dashboard to submit your website for review.
Your website must have high-quality, original content, a professional design, and must not contain any prohibited content (such as adult material, hate speech, or illegal products). It must also be fully functional and easy to navigate. Please review our full Publisher Policies for a complete list of requirements.
Monetization & Payments
You earn a percentage of the revenue generated from ads shown on your site. This is based on the number of valid clicks (CPC) and viewable impressions (CPM) your site delivers. The exact rate can vary based on factors like advertiser demand, ad format, and the geographic location of your visitors.
You can request a withdrawal from your dashboard as soon as your available balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold. Once requested, our team will review and process your payment to your saved payment method.
Platform & Security
We take traffic quality very seriously. Our platform has an automated fraud detection system that runs daily scans to identify suspicious activity. This system monitors for things like an unusually high number of clicks from a single IP address/browser combination and publisher sites with an abnormally high click-through rate (CTR). We also anonymize user IP addresses and browser information through hashing to protect privacy while monitoring for patterns.
Your publisher dashboard features a Statistics tab where you can see detailed performance data. This includes charts and tables showing your total impressions, clicks, and CTR. You can filter by date and see performance broken down by each of your approved sites, by ad type, and by country.
